German Wine Route – The Tuscany of Germany
Our country hotel is located on the German Wine Route, the “Tuscany of Germany”. The surroundings are lovely with a mild climate.
In spring, the numerous pink and white blossoming almond trees along the entire wine route are a real feast for the eyes.
In summer, roses bloom in many places in the southern Palatinate, to which the so-called “Rose Weeks” are dedicated once a year. Palm trees, lemon trees and olive trees can also be found.
A special highlight is the “German Wine Route Day”. The entire wine route is closed in favor of pedestrians and cyclists and at the “Weinstraßen Ralley” you can marvel at great vintage cars.
The hotel has a locked bicycle cellar with free charging possibility for e-bikes.
Bike rental is offered and organized through a local operator.
An extensive tour network starts right outside the front door and offers different routes. You can find some examples here or on the Outdooractive website.
You can also get detailed information at our reception.
